Great location, services were top-notch. Our room was pretty quiet and even had a laptop. the staff was amazing, just superb! 💯.

It's wonderful winter hotel with perfect location and helpful staff. Make sure you stay in the standard room in the upper floors.

The accommodation was interesting with best and amiable staff. We stayed in a clean room that had an electronic key card, a work desk, and television. The breakfasts were sensational and enjoyable with fresh products and a beautiful view over de Pfalz-region, as example. The place was reasonably priced.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and the central area, and we got a free upgrade to a standard twin room on the upper floors when we checked in.

The town of Frakenthal appeared wonderful, wished he had more time to explore this cute community. The staff at the breakfast and reception were all wonderful and spoke great english-thank you

I ended up with a non-smoking room when I specifically asked for non- smoking and was told I could not be moved because the hotel was fully booked, they did come and spray the room to try and help. Since it was only for one night I suffered through it. It was also very hot in the room, we had no ac so if it is a hot day expect the room to be very uncomfortable. Also the bartender on duty was not a very nice guy, he charged my friend for a terrible glass of wine that she sent back twice, he was not helpful or friendly and made it seem that we were bothering him, this hotel is to nice to have staff like that around.

Ideal spot, super close to the main plaza, so convenient for checking out cool food spots! 🍴.

We had a spacious bedroom. We had a very comfy bed, a hair dryer and bath sheets.

The room was wonderful and fine, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable, with the best staff.

The location is very near to my meeting place, and it is the best hotel in Frankenthal as recommended by both your website and my colleague in Frankfurt.

The blanket for single room is a bit too small, even for an Asian size person like me.

Spent our evenings in nearby Brauhaus zur Post enjoying drinks and atmosphere😃

For the price we paid, we got great value during our stay at Victor's Residenz. The room was comfortable, with the option to control the heating and open the window. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center, and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.
